Besides our existing products, we can produce various products according to customers' samples.In the early stage, we will communicate with you in detail. Strict quality inspection is carried out during production. We will make compensation for any quality problems caused by our factory. One-year free warranty starts from equipment acceptance. We fix non-artificial breakdowns free of charge; any issues caused by wrong operation shall be at the buyer’s cost. Paid spare parts and maintenance are available outside the free warranty scope. Once receiving your fault notice, we will reply within 48 hours and arrive onsite within 72 hours for repairs. Our technicians will perform on-site installation, commissioning and operator training after machine delivery. We conduct at least one annual follow-up visit to provide technical support and free equipment inspection.

FAQ

What is the biggest difference between automatic hot melt glue OPP labeling machine and adhesive sticker labeling machine?

First, they adapt to different label materials. The OPP hot melt labeling machine is suitable for BOPP pearl film and PE pearl film labels. The self-adhesive labeling machine works with coated paper laminated labels, BOPP, PP and PE adhesive labels. Second, the gluing method is different. The OPP hot melt machine only applies glue to both ends of the label, while self-adhesive labels have adhesive pre-coated on the entire back.

Will bubbling or wrinkling happen during labeling?

No. Our rotary labeling machine uses a rotary star wheel to fix bottles steadily. Bottles rotate at the same speed as labels to avoid stretching and wrinkles. The servo constant tension system keeps uniform tightness to prevent creases. The synchronous pressing roller squeezes out air while attaching labels, leaving no bubbles.

How long is the installation and commissioning period?

For overseas single machine, installation takes 1 day while commissioning lasts 6 to 9 days. We will adjust the schedule flexibly according to site conditions and supporting production lines to ensure stable production.

How many technicians will you send overseas for installation?

For standard single machines, we send one senior experienced engineer who can complete installation, commissioning and operator training independently. For large customized whole-line projects, we can assign more technicians and confirm the schedule with you in advance.

Can you design machines according to our specifications?

Yes. We can customize exclusive machines based on your bottle shape, label size, workshop space and output requirements. You only need to provide product samples, detailed dimensions and production demands in advance, and our engineers will work out the most suitable solution.

Do you provide free spare parts?

All spare parts replacement and technical services are free of charge within the one-year warranty period (excluding wearing parts). After the warranty period expires, spare parts will be charged accordingly. We can negotiate relevant terms in advance.

Do you provide detailed and professional installation manuals?

We supply complete professional operation manuals in both Chinese and English, covering machine assembly, parameter setting, daily adjustment, maintenance and troubleshooting. Our technical team provides online remote guidance anytime if you meet operational problems.

What is your production lead time?

The production cycle for standard single machines is 30 to 60 days. For customized machines and complete production lines, the lead time will be extended according to structural complexity. We will confirm the exact delivery date and put it into the contract before order placement.

How do you pack the equipment?

All export machines are packed in international standard fumigation-free wooden cases, which meet quarantine and customs requirements for sea shipment.

What are your payment terms?

For overseas orders, full payment is required before shipment. We will arrange final assembly, packing and sea booking only after receiving full payment. Flexible payment terms can be negotiated for long-term regular customers.
