The PackSoul Perfume Bottle Labeling Machine is a compact self‑adhesive labeling machine designed for the fragrance industry. Perfume bottles are often made of smooth, thin glass with curved surfaces. The flexible holder and servo pressure roller help prevent label lifting and bottle scratches. The machine automatically completes bottle feeding, positioning, label feeding, surface labeling and product discharge. It is suitable for both sample testing and mass production.
Flexible Roller for Curved Bottles：The soft pressure roller follows the curved surface of the perfume bottle. It helps keep hot stamping and PET transparent labels smooth and reduces lifted edges.
High Precision Servo Positioning：The servo motor works with a sensitive fiber sensor. Labeling repeat accuracy can reach ±0.8 mm, helping keep every label in the same position.
Soft Anti Scratch Bottle Holder：Silicone soft parts are used where the machine contacts the bottle. They help prevent scratches and pressure marks on high gloss glass bottles.
Compact and Space Saving：The machine has a simple and compact structure. It is easy to place in small and medium size perfume factories and OEM workshops.
Quick Changeover：Different perfume bottle diameters can be changed with simple handwheel adjustment. No complicated molds are required.
Automatic Missing Bottle Detection：When no bottle is detected, the machine stops label feeding automatically. This helps reduce label waste.

Perfume bottles enter the machine through the conveyor. The fiber sensor detects the bottle position and the servo system feeds the label at the right time. Soft silicone rollers follow the curved glass surface and press the label smoothly to remove air. After labeling, the finished bottle is discharged automatically.

Clean glue from the pressure rollers and conveyor after each production run to prevent scratches on perfume bottles.
Wipe the fiber sensor regularly. Glass dust may affect bottle detection and labeling position.
Lubricate the moving parts regularly to keep the servo system running smoothly.
Keep the electrical control box clean and well ventilated. Check and remove dust every week.
Release the roller pressure during long periods of shutdown to prevent silicone parts from deformation.
Turn on the machine and complete the automatic self check.
Adjust the conveyor width and roller pressure according to the perfume bottle size.
Install the label roll and adjust the label tension.
Test the machine with a sample bottle and fine tune the labeling position and roller pressure.
Check the label for bubbles and lifted edges, then start automatic production.
Stop the machine and clean it after production.
