The conveyor moves 400ml flat body lotion bottles at a steady speed. The feeding system keeps the bottles evenly spaced. When the photoelectric sensor detects a bottle, the special fixture adjusts and holds it in the correct position. The servo system feeds the labels accurately, while two flexible pressure rollers apply the front and back labels at the same time. The labels stay flat and aligned. Finished bottles are discharged automatically for continuous production.
