The Compact Automatic Labeling Machine for 750ml Flat Shampoo Bottles uses a continuous conveyor to move the bottles forward. The bottle separator keeps an even distance between bottles. When the photoelectric sensor detects a bottle, the special flat bottle holder adjusts and secures it. The servo system feeds the self‑adhesive labels accurately, while flexible pressure rollers follow the bottle and remove air. Single or double side labeling can be completed automatically. Finished bottles are discharged by the conveyor for continuous production.
