The Cup Self Adhesive Labeling Machine uses a linear conveyor to move cups forward continuously. The PLC system controls the conveyor and labeling heads. When the cup reaches the labeling position, the sensor detects it and the servo driven labeling head applies the self adhesive label accurately to the cup surface. For double sided models, two labeling heads work simultaneously to label both sides. The machine also supports wrap around, C shaped and L shaped labeling for different packaging requirements. Automatic detection and fault alerts help ensure stable labeling operation.

Clean the machine after shutdown and power off. Wipe the conveyor guides and labeling heads with a soft cloth. Do not spray water directly onto electrical components.

For long‑term shutdown, release the label roll tension to prevent adhesive from sticking to the rollers and shafts.
