The Custom Shape Bottle Labeling Machine uses sensors to detect irregular bottles on the conveyor and sends the signal to the PLC control system. The servo system feeds labels with stable tension. The flexible guide positions the bottle, while the shaped pressure roller follows the bottle surface, removes air and presses the label firmly. The machine then continues the labeling cycle automatically.
Suitable for irregular plastic bottles and containers in daily chemical, food, condiment and chemical industries. It is also suitable for small and medium size factories, workshop automation upgrades and new product packaging production.
Clean glue and dust from the pressure rollers and machine body after production. Wipe the photoelectric sensor regularly. Lubricate moving parts, tighten screws and check the servo system and electrical control box. Calibrate labeling accuracy when needed.
Always stop the machine and disconnect the power before maintenance. Do not wash the machine directly with water.
