PackSoul, a factory direct supplier, offers Irregular Cosmetic Bottle Labeling Machine with sample testing and custom service. Designed for asymmetric and curved cosmetic containers, its servo tracking system helps reduce label shifting and lifted edges. The compact machine suits clean cosmetic workshops and can run alone or connect with filling lines.
The Irregular Cosmetic Bottle Labeling Machine is a small rotary self‑adhesive labeling machine designed for irregular and curved glass or plastic cosmetic bottles. It automatically handles bottle feeding, positioning, label peeling, curved surface labeling, pressing and discharge. The machine helps solve labeling problems caused by complex bottle shapes. Single and double side labeling are available, reducing manual work and improving packaging consistency.

Working Principle
Irregular cosmetic bottles are transferred to the rotary labeling station by conveyor. The photoelectric sensor detects the bottle position and sends the signal to the PLC control system. The servo system feeds the label with stable tension. The tracking labeling module follows the bottle surface and adjusts automatically. Flexible pressure rollers follow the bottle shape, press the label firmly and remove air. Finished bottles are then discharged for continuous automatic operation.
Application Areas and Cases
The machine is suitable for self adhesive labeling of perfume bottles, irregular serum bottles, makeup bottles, skincare sample bottles and other irregular cosmetic containers. It is widely used in cosmetic factories and cosmetic OEM/ODM production plants.
Machine Maintenance
Daily Cleaning: After production, remove oil, label waste and glue residue. Wipe the 304 stainless steel body to keep the machine clean.
Servo System Check: Check the servo positioning motor and drive system every day. Lubricate the moving parts weekly to maintain smooth and accurate operation.
Labeling System Care: Clean glue and dust from the labeling head, pressure rollers and rewinding unit regularly. This helps prevent label shifting, broken labels and poor adhesion.
Electrical Maintenance: Clean dust from the electrical control cabinet every month. Check the PLC system and wiring connections to help prevent problems caused by oil or moisture.
Replace Wear Parts: Check and replace consumable parts such as conveyor belts, rubber rollers, sensors and bottle guides every 6 to 12 months as needed.
Working Process
Automatic Bottle Feeding and Separation: Irregular cosmetic bottles enter the machine from the production line. The bottle separator organizes and spaces the bottles before labeling, helping prevent jams, stacking and bottle movement.
Servo Positioning: The star wheel and servo system work together to position round, flat, square and irregular cosmetic bottles. Flexible anti slip holders help keep plastic and glass bottles stable and correct the bottle angle.
Constant Tension Label Feeding: The system adjusts label tension according to the bottle type, label size and label material. Labels are fed at a stable speed to reduce stretching, deformation, wrinkles and broken labels.
Automatic Precision Labeling: Single side, double side and wrap labeling modes can be selected easily. The system follows the bottle feeding speed and applies labels accurately to serum, cream, makeup and lotion containers.
Flexible Roller Pressing: High elasticity pressure rollers follow the irregular bottle surface and press out the air between the label and bottle. This helps reduce bubbles, lifted edges, loose areas and label peeling.
Automatic Product Discharge: Finished bottles leave the machine automatically and can connect directly to coding, film wrapping, packing and sorting processes for continuous automatic production.
Certification and Quality Assurance
The machine has CE and ISO 9001 certifications and meets the requirements of overseas cosmetic production. All key components are inspected before assembly, with quality control throughout production. Each machine passes a 24‑hour continuous running test before shipment. Customer bottle samples can also be used for pre‑shipment labeling tests to confirm the actual result.

FAQ
Q1: Will complex curved cosmetic bottles have lifted edges or bubbles?
A: The servo tracking system follows the bottle surface, while the pressure roller removes air during labeling. Sample testing is available before ordering.
Q2: Is it difficult to change between different cosmetic bottle shapes?
A: Most bottle types only require simple adjustment of parameters and guides. For larger differences, optional changeover parts are available.
Q3: Can the machine handle both glass and plastic irregular cosmetic bottles?
A: Yes. The holding pressure can be adjusted for different materials to help protect the bottle surface.
Q4: How long does installation and commissioning take?
A: Overseas standalone machines usually take about 1 day for installation and 6 to 9 days for commissioning. The schedule can be adjusted according to the production line.
Q5: Can you customize the machine for our bottle and workshop?
A: Yes. Please provide bottle samples, labels, production capacity and workshop information. Our engineers will prepare a suitable solution.
Q6: What about the warranty and spare parts?
A: The complete machine has a 1 year warranty. Parts damaged by non‑human factors and online technical support are free during the warranty period, except consumable parts. Original spare parts are available after the warranty.
