PackSoul Double Side Bottle Self Adhesive Labeling Machine uses a dual station servo labeling system to apply front and back labels in one operation. Double Side Bottle Self Adhesive Labeling Machine uses rotary star wheel positioning and servo synchronized label feeding. Bottles are separated and positioned one by one by the precision star wheel. Sensors detect the bottle and send the signal to the servo control system. The vacuum drum feeds the labels accurately, and the servo system follows the production line speed. The machine then applies labels to both sides of the bottle automatically. The whole process, from bottle feeding, positioning and labeling to bottle discharge, runs automatically and supports fully automated production line operation.
