The PACKSOUL Oval Bottle Self Adhesive Labeling Machine uses a rotary conveying system with a flexible holding and tracking mechanism to keep the bottle securely positioned. The servo system synchronizes with the bottle speed, ensuring smooth and accurate labeling.
The labels are fed and peeled by the servo‑driven labeling unit, then smoothly applied to the bottle surface for single‑side or double‑side labeling. The system monitors bottle feeding and discharge in real time. In case of an abnormal condition, the machine automatically alarms and stops to ensure stable operation.
Personal Care Products: Oval shampoo bottles, oval body wash bottles, flat disinfectant bottles, oval hand wash containers and special‑shaped cosmetic bottles.
Food and Cooking Oil Products: Oval olive oil bottles, oval vinegar bottles, flat sauce bottles and food‑grade oval containers.

Daily: After shutdown, wipe the Rotary Self-Adhesive Labeling Machine with a soft cloth and remove adhesive residue from the holding mechanism and labeling head. Do not spray water directly onto the electrical cabinet to prevent water damage and short circuits.
Weekly: Check the servo motors and conveyor chain tension, lubricate moving parts, and release the tension of the label feeding roller to prevent adhesive from sticking to the roller shaft.
Monthly: Check and clean the holding fixtures, sensors and photoelectric sensors, and calibrate the labeling position. In humid workshops, regularly dehumidify the electrical cabinet.
Long-Term Shutdown: Cover the machine to protect it from dust, release all tension, remove the label materials, and store them in a dry and well-ventilated environment.
