1.Bottle Feeding: Bottles are fed manually or by conveyor to the rotary star wheel. Flexible holders securely hold the irregular bottles in place.
2.Synchronized Conveying: The rotary table runs at a steady speed, synchronized with the servo labeling system for smooth operation.
3.Label Feeding: The vacuum drum feeds the self-adhesive labels at a steady speed. Sensors accurately detect the label position.
4.Label Application: The labeling head follows the irregular bottle surface and applies the label smoothly. A pressure roller removes air and helps prevent wrinkles and bubbles.
5.Product Discharge: After labeling, the bottles move to the discharge outlet and are automatically conveyed to the next process.

1.Clean the machine and star wheel holders with a soft cloth after daily operation. Do not spray the electrical control box or servo motor directly with a high pressure water jet.
2.Clean any label glue from the vacuum drum and label sensors every week. Check the label feeding roller tension to prevent adhesive from sticking to the rollers.
3.Lubricate the rotary table drive chain and bottle holders with food grade lubricant every month. Check and adjust the servo labeling head for accurate labeling.
4.For long term shutdown, release the label roller tension, remove any remaining glue and place a desiccant in the electrical control box to prevent moisture.
5.If workshop humidity is above 80 percent, use a dehumidifier in the electrical control box weekly to protect the electrical components.
