The PackSoul Yogurt Bottle Self Adhesive Labeling Machine is a fully automatic high speed rotary labeling machine designed for flat, square, large capacity and irregular yogurt bottles. Its special multi point bottle positioning system keeps bottles stable during high speed operation and helps prevent label lifting, misalignment, bubbles and wrinkles. It automatically completes bottle feeding, positioning, labeling, pressing and discharge. The machine supports single and double side labeling and can work independently or connect with a complete dairy filling line.
Multiple clamps hold the yogurt bottle firmly and keep it stable during high speed operation. It helps prevent label lifting and misalignment on square, flat and irregular bottles.

The rotary table moves the bottles through each station, while the special positioning system keeps the yogurt bottles firmly in place. Multiple servo systems track the bottle speed and keep the label feeding speed synchronized. The servo labeling head applies the label smoothly to the flat and curved areas of the bottle, and pressure rollers help secure the label.
The machine monitors each station in real time. It automatically stops and gives an alarm for bottle jams, missing labels or other problems, ensuring smooth and continuous production.

Daily Maintenance: Wipe the stainless steel body with a soft cloth and clean glue from the bottle holders and pressure rollers. Do not spray the electrical box with high pressure water.
Weekly Maintenance: Check the servo motor and drive chain. Add food grade lubricant to moving parts and release the label roller tension to prevent label sticking.
Monthly Maintenance: Clean the bottle holders and sensors. Check labeling accuracy and remove moisture from the electrical box in humid conditions.
Long Term Storage: Cover the machine, release all roller tension, remove the labels and store the machine in a dry and ventilated place.
