The Health Supplement Bottle Self Adhesive Labeling Machine uses a modular design. The main parts include the rotary frame, star wheel, servo bottle holders, labeling station and control system.
The labeling station includes label feeding, peeling, tension control and pressure rollers. It is easy to install and adjust. Single and double side labeling can be changed quickly. The system is also optimized for small supplement bottles and helps reduce bubbles and wrinkles on transparent labels.
The main frame is made of 304 stainless steel. The compact and enclosed design helps keep dust away and is suitable for clean production areas. Low vibration allows stable operation during long term production.
The standard servo bottle holder is suitable for common round supplement and capsule bottles. The flexible holder keeps bottles stable and helps prevent slipping during high speed operation.
An optional quick change bottle holder is available. Different bottle sizes can be changed quickly without complicated tools, helping reduce production downtime.
Each station has an independent servo motor to control the bottle holder. It provides accurate bottle rotation and helps achieve labeling accuracy of ±1 mm. This reduces bottle movement and label misalignment.
1.Bottle Feeding and Separation: Supplement bottles enter the machine through the conveyor. The separator keeps the bottles at an even distance and helps prevent jams.
2.Servo Positioning: The star wheel positions each bottle. The servo holder keeps the bottle firmly in place and corrects its angle.
3.Constant Tension Label Feeding: The system controls label tension and feeds the labels smoothly to help prevent stretching and deformation.

A: The main difference is the label material and glue method. OPP hot melt labeling machines usually use BOPP pearl film, PE and similar labels. Self adhesive machines use labels with adhesive already applied to the back. The hot melt machine applies glue mainly to the label ends, while self adhesive labels already have adhesive on the full back surface.
